Viper GTS, in Worcester?

Wait a minute, what is a car this hot doing in Worcester? Nobody in this town makes enough money to afford one of these things. I know, it has got to be a 1997 Honda Civic with a Viper body kit.

Seriously, I've never seen so many old ass Accord's and Civic's with Pepboys special chrome wheels in my life. Worcester is seriously thuggin' it hard... Except for this guy, he's keepin it pimpin'.
